Step 2 - Teachers of General Education

Gather Documents You Must Submit

This page outlines documents that you must submit directly to the College as part of your application. Other required documents will be sent directly to the College by institutions/employers on your behalf (see Step 3).

You must submit the following items to the College:

  1. Registration form (contained in the Registration Guide for Teachers Educated outside Ontario)
  2. Proof of identity or name change
  3. Canadian employment authorization
  4. Teaching certificate(s)
  5. Canadian criminal record check report
  6. Fees
