You have a university degree from a non-recognized university, or

you don’t have a university degree.

Step 1: Student Membership

CMA Ontario will send you a student membership application with your Transcript Evaluation Report. If you have not submitted transcripts for evaluation, you can request a student membership application by contacting CMA Ontario’s Accreditation Department.

To be eligible for student membership with CMA Ontario, you must:

• be able to speak, read, and write English well enough to work effectively in business
• not have been removed or dismissed for failing to meet standards from an academic institution or professional organization
• not currently be the subject of any complaint about your conduct within any professional organization
• not have been convicted of any criminal offence that would affect your integrity or professionalism as a Certified Management Accountant
• agree to follow CMA Ontario’s Code of Professional Ethics  as well as its bylaws, standards, regulations, and rules
